Volunteering as a mentor is a great way to boost your skills, connect to the community and use your experiences to help someone get where they want to be.
You’ll need to be able to commit to at least six months of mentoring, and we require a DBS check, which we take care of, as well as two recent references.
Mentors go through our bespoke and comprehensive training to ensure you’re prepared for the role. We encourage applications from people of colour and those who can speak languages other than English. We know that having a relatable mentor makes a big difference.
None of our life-changing mentoring would be possible without the kind support of individuals, companies and communities who help us reach the people who need us.
Help someone get where they need to be today.
Work with us
We are a values-driven organisation with a dynamic, creative and proudly diverse team. As we’ve grown, we’ve developed
a culture that reflects our mission, and well-being is at the heart of what we do.
We work flexibly and inclusively, and as a small team making a big impact with our service users and volunteers, we know we have the power to make positive change, inside and outside our organisation.
